At Veloci Golf, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery options, and related information for all online purchases.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified by email of any delays.

Custom or pre-order items may require additional production time. These details will be clearly noted in the product description.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • West Coast (including Nevada, California, Arizona): 2–3 business days

  • Central U.S.: 3–4 business days

  • East Coast: 4–6 business days

We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress in real time.
Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours after shipment.

4. Shipping Locations

Currently, Veloci Golf ships to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.
We also deliver to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.

International shipping options will be announced soon — stay tuned for updates.


5. Local Pick-Up (Coming Soon)

We’re working on offering local pickup in Las Vegas, NV for our customers who prefer to collect their orders directly from our facility.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

While we strive for timely deliveries, Veloci Golf is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us immediately — we’ll help resolve the issue with the carrier.


7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The outer packaging

  • Your shipping label

We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


8. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If you need to update your address after checkout, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once a package has shipped, we cannot modify its destination.


9. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failed deliveries may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Refunds for such cases may exclude the original shipping cost.
