At Veloci Golf, we stand behind the quality of our products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want every purchase to meet your expectations. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we make returns and refunds simple and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, custom-engraved or personalized products, or clearance items marked “final sale.”

Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to our facility:

Once received, we’ll inspect your returned item and process your refund or exchange promptly.

Refund Process

After inspection and approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return does not meet our policy guidelines, we’ll notify you by email with next-step options.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send photos of the item and packaging to info@velocigolf.com so we can arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for different sizes, styles, or colors of the same item — subject to availability.
Once we receive your return, your replacement product will be shipped within 2–3 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t yet shipped.
To cancel, email info@velocigolf.com with “Order Cancellation” in the subject line and your order number.
